Overland Program

Your program will run as follow:
Day 01:
Arrive Cairo International meet and assist by Our representative with the sign of your name and assisting you through passport control formalities, luggage identification & portage then drive you by air-conditioned private bus to your hotel in which you will be assisted by Our representative for check-in. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 02:
Breakfast at your hotel, our Egyptologist English speaking tour guide will meet you accompany you by private air conditioned bus to visit The great Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx & the valley temple one of the seven wonders of the ancient World The most famous structure in the world was built by King Cheops (IV Dynasty) around 2650
B.C., on an area of 13 feddans. Its height now is 137 ms (original height: 146 ms).
Almost 2.5 million blocks of stone were put into building this pyramid, which meas-ures 230 ms square at the base. All this, however, dwindles when compared to the precision and astounding ability of the ancient Egyptian in building this pyramid. Day 03:
Breakfast on board. Arrive Luxor.
Then Our representative will meet you then meet our Egyptologist English speaking tour guide accompany you by private air conditioned bus to visit Karnak & Luxor temples called Ipet-resit, or ‘Private Chambers to the South (of Amun)’.
The temple of Luxor, some 260 m (850 ft) long today, was built by Amenophis III on the foundations of a previous religious structure, dating from the time of Queen Hatshepsut.The Queen had also ordered the construction of six kiosks, at the stopping points of the sacred barque of Amun, along the original Eighteenth-Dynasty dromos, the sacred avenue that connected the temple of Luxor with the temple of Karnak.
From the Eighteenth Dynasty on, the effigies of the sacred barges of Amun, Mut and Khonsu were sailed to the temple of Luxor along the course of the Nile. At the Festival of Opet, Amun of Karnak paid a visit to Amun of Luxor, also known as Amun-em-ipet, meaning ‘Amun-Who-Is-In His-Harem’, revitalizing the Amun of Luxor. Drive to your hotel to take your shower. Overnight in Luxor.
Day 04:
Breakfast at your hotel, then our Egyptologist English speaking tour guide will meet you then Cross to the West bank & visit the Necropolis of Thebes the tombs date from the 6th dynasty to the Greco-Roman period although most of them actually date from the New Kingdom, particularly the 18th dynasty.
The so-called private tombs belong to officials and dignitaries who served in high ranks.
Tens of these tombs are hewn out in the valley and lie near to the village of Sheikh
Abd El-Qurna.The tombs here are part of more than 400 private tombs in the west bank.
Then visit Valley of the Kings The valley is to the north of Hatshepsut's Deir El-Bahari temple. It was here that kings from 18th to 20th dynasties cut their tombs in the limestone cliffs. That was long time after their ancestors abandoned the pyramid-shape tomb. The new tomb was more safe and can deceive tomb robbers but alas! Almost all tombs were robbed and stripped from their treasures.
There are about 62 tombs scattered on the sides and branches of the valley, some of which are visited more frequent than the rest. The tombs are numbered according to the order they were discovered. You'll probably find some tombs closed to the public for restorations then visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut The great temple of Hatshepsut is built at the bottom of sheer cliffs in Luxor's west bank in a wonderful site.
The chief temple is built by Queen Hatshepsut and other constructions were added by other rulers.
Then the Colossi of MemnonThe sitting mighty Colossi of Memnon originally belong to King Amenhotep III. They were once flanking his big mortuary temple that was leveled to the ground by time. Its stones were either reused or stolen. Drive back to your hotel takes your shower. Overnight in Luxor.
Day 05:
Breakfast at your hotel, Our representative will meet you check out from your hotel then our Egyptologist English speaking tour guide then travel by private Air Conditioned bus to Aswan with visit of Esna The temple of God Khnum The temple is not completely excavated and part of it is believed to be buried under the village. Now only the hypostyle hall can be seen.
The temple was used as a storehouse during the reign of Mohamed Ali. It was built by the Ptolemies and the Roman emperors in dedication to the ram-headed God Khnum, the god creator of mankind. Edfu The temple of Edfu is dedicated to Horus. It is built over the place of the decisive battle between Horus and Seth, as believed by ancient Egyptians.
The temple follows typical architecture of ancient Pharaohs though constructed by Ptolemy III Euergetes in 237 BC and completed by Ptolemy XII Neos Dionysos in 57 BC. Kom ombo The temple is the main attraction of the town. It is a fine example of the Ptolemaic era and is located directly on the riverbank in a fine picturesque scene. Being so close to the river, the temple was subject to water erosion until the Egyptian government put stone reinforcements to prevent further deterioration of the temple. Arrive Aswan, drive to your hotel. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 06:
Breakfast at your hotel, Tour to Abu Simble will be arranged as follow our Egyptologist speaking tour guide will accompany you by private air conditioned bus at early Morning to Abu Simbel,Arrive Abu Simble enjoy with the sunrise then visit the RamsesII & Queen Nefertari temples The temple is dedicated to the deities Re-Harakhty, Amun, Ptah and Ramesses II himself. Four huge seated colossi of Ramesses II dominate the massive façade which imitates the shape of a pylon in its inclination (see Image 1). The façade is about 30 meters (100 ft) in height and 35 (115 ft) meters in width.
The height of a seated colossus is about 20 meters (66 ft). Drive back to Aswan. Over night in Aswan.
Day 07:
Breakfast at your hotel, our Egyptologist speaking tour guide will meet you accompany you by private air conditioned bus to visit High Dam High Dam was an engineering miracle when it was built in the 1960s & visit Phila temple dedicated to the goddess lsis, which include a temple of Hathor, a Birth House and two pylons, celebrate all the deities involved in the lsis and Osiris,.
Sail by felucca around the Kitchener's Island. Kitchener's Island is a botanical garden, filled with exotic plants and trees imported from all over the world. It is a perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon in the shade.
The island must be reached by boat, and is located on the other side of Elephantine Island from Aswan. The Island was given to Lord Kitchener for his campaigns in the Sudan, and he moved their and created his garden, importing plants and trees from all over the world.
Today, the Egyptian government operates this popular tourist destination. By the end of the day drive to Aswan railway station to travel back to Cairo by sleeping train, hot dinner on board train the food is served in cabin or in train restaurant according to your choice. Overnight on train.
Day 08:
Breakfast on board. Arrive Cairo .Our Egyptologist speaking tour guide will meet you to visit the Egyptian Museum The Egyptian museum is located in Tahrir square. It is the biggest Egyptian museum in the world and is indeed one of the best. It comprises more than 100'000 objects dated back to the Predynastic, Pharaonic, and Ptolemaic, Roman, Coptic and Islamic eras.
The museum is very big and it takes much time to see it all.
Drives back to your hotel take your shower. In the evening our representative will meet you then accompany you by private air-conditioned bus to Dinner on Nile Cruise. Dinner cruise on the Nile with around 2 hours cruising on the Nile Including transfers, International open buffet, folkloric show & belly Dancer. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 09:
Final Departure: Breakfast at your hotel then Our representative will meet you & check out .Drive to Cairo International Airport for check in for your international flight helping you to enter luggage & portage assisting you through passport control formalities & bordering pass, final departure.
